Due to Brexit and Covid-19 some of our services have been impacted.

As a result of customs clearance issues caused by Brexit, the shipment of orders to Northern Ireland is suspended until further notice. We aim to get up and running again as soon as possible. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

And in line with government restrictions to help slow the spread of the Covid-19, our stores are temporarily closed and our click and collect services are suspended. In-store returns are not possible during this time, but we’ve extended our returns period until the end of March, so you can return unused items when our stores reopen. In the meantime, you can continue to shop online.

Yes, orders you’ve already received can be returned in the usual way.

Can I still return store-bought orders in store?

As our stores are closed, this currently isn’t possible. However, we’ve extended our returns period until the end of March, to allow you to return unused items when stores reopen.
