Loyalty activations terms and conditions
VF NORTHERN Europe Limited, whose company registration number is SC047368 and registered office is at C/O Brodies LLP Capital Square, 58 Morrison Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BP, (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Company") in co-ordination with VF International SAGL whose registered office is in Via Laveggio 5- 6855 Stabio, Switzerland VAT CHE-111.650.898 (hereinafter the "Sponsor"), is organizing a contest called " Win a weekend at Tour du Mont Blanc in Chamonix” (the "Contest").
Entry into the Contest is free and no purchase is necessary.
By entering into the Contest, Entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Contest Rules.
Promotional Period
The Contest runs from 10.00 CEST on 17/07/2025 to 10.00 CEST on 31/07/2025 (hereinafter "Promotional Period"). The Promotion Company’s computer is the official clock for the Competition.
Eligibility
Entry into this Competition is open only to legal resident of the UK who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are members of The North Face’s XPLR Pass loyalty programme (hereinafter “Entrant(s)”).
About this Contest:
The Contest is for Entrants to test themselves with a multiple choice quiz about their knowledge of Trail Running and share their answers with The North Face (hereinafter, the “Quiz”).
How to enter:
The Promotion Company is organising this Contest for people registered in the "XPLR Pass" loyalty programme.
Entrants can register for the loyalty programme free of charge at www.thenorthface.co.uk
To participate in the Contest, Entrants must log on to www.thenorthface.co.uk with their XPLR Pass loyalty credentials, access the dedicated page and answer all the 5 (five) questions correctly that will appear on screen.
All Entrants will be able to take part in the Contest by sending one (1) quiz during the Promotional Period.
All Entrants who answer all the 5 (five) questions correctly will enter the draw to determine the winners.
All Entrants must have internet access to enter the Contest.
The method for awarding prizes:
For each participating Country the Promotion Company will select at random from all the valid entries received during the Promotional Period One (1) winner and thirty (30) runners-up.
In the event that there are not enough Entrants to select the total number of winners and\or runners-up, the winner and\or runners-up, will be drawn among all those who have correctly answered at least one(1) question of the quiz. If, the number of winners and\or runners-up are not sufficient, the winners and\or runners-up will be drawn among all those who will have participated in the Contest, regardless of the number of correct answers.
The random drawing will take place on or about 31 July 2025.
A runner-up shall only be used if the winner fails to claim their prize in accordance with these Contest Rules or is disqualified from the Contest for any reason.
The selection of winners and runners-up is final.
In the event of not enough Entrants having participated in order to award all prizes, the Promotion Company reserves its right not to award such prizes.
Restrictions:
Entrants may participate in one (1) quiz during the Promotional Period.
No Entrant may win more than one (1) prize.
Entrants not legally resident in UK will not be allowed to enter this Contest.
Employees of the Promotion Company, employees of all controlled, affiliated or controlling companies of the Promotion Company, and other people involved in the organisation and management of the Contest may not enter the Contest.
Prizes:
There will be one (1) prize awarded as part of the Contest.
The prize consists of an all-inclusive experience in Chamonix.
The approximate value of each Prize is 2.400,00 £.
The All-inclusive Experience in Chamonix includes a trip to Chamonix for one (1) person to attend a three-day experience with The North Face crew. Included in the prize: round trip ticket (flights), shuttle pick up and drop off Geneva airport - Chamonix, accommodation in a hotel, meals (29/08/2025 dinner, 30/08/2025 breakfast, lunch, dinner, 31/08/2025 breakfast) and The North Face kit (branded accessories and/or clothing).
The prize does not include travel between the selected winner’s home and the airport, personal expenditure or any additional costs, other than where explicitly mentioned in these Contest Rules.
The selected winners must be able to travel between 29th August 2025 and 31st August 2025 or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a backup winner.
The Promotion Company is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to the flights and trip. The Promotion Company is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to events outside of its reasonable control, in which case that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except at the Promotion Company’s sole discretion. In such event, the Promotion Company shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to substitute a different prize activity. The winners participate in the prize activity at their own risk.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for the purpose of these Contest Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will not be entitled to a cheque, cash or other form of payment for the price difference.
Notification to the Winner
Winners will be notified of their selection by an email sent to the email address provided during registration within two (2) working days from the selection of winners.
If any winner within two (2) working days of first notification attempt cannot be contacted, fails to provide the information requested, if any notification of selection is returned as undeliverable, if the winner rejects their chance to be selected as a winner, or in the event of noncompliance with these Contest Rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a runner-up.
The first runner-up will be contacted in the same manner as described above and, if necessary, the process repeated until a runner-up is selected.
In the event that having followed the awarding process described above, a prize cannot be given to a winner or runner-up, the Promotion Company reserves its right not to award said prize.
Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
The Promotion Company reserves the right to require the winner to provide a valid form of identification proving his age and identity before receiving their prize. Any identity verification document produced must be in the name of the person who has entered the Contest.
The Promotion Company shall not be liable to any winner with whom contact and/or delivery cannot be made due to: (i) incorrect or incomplete details having been provided at registration of the North Face XPLR pass loyalty programme; or (ii) the winner's mailbox being full, blacklisted or no longer active; or (iii) the notification email being deemed to be spam and thus not reaching the winner's email account or being directed into the junk folder of the winner's email account; or iv) the notification email not received for any other reason; or v) lack of reply from the winner
Personal Data:
Any information, including any personal data, provided by an Entrant upon registering to enter the Contest (or otherwise provided during the Contest) will be held and used by the Promotion Company, the companies belonging to its group, its suppliers and/or contractors necessary to administer the Contest, in accordance with the Promotion Company’s privacy policy: https://www.thenorthface.co.uk/help/privacy.html (the "Privacy Policy").
By participating in the Contest, Entrants hereby agree to the Promotion Company’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Promotion Company’s Privacy Policy.
General:
The Promotion Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest or these Contest Rules should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, the Promotion Company may select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Promotion Company.
To the extent permitted by law, upon suspension or cancellation the Promotion Company cannot be held liable for any expenses incurred or damages suffered, whether direct, indirect, consequential or inconsequential, and the Promotion Company shall not be obliged to organize any alternative Contest or offer any alternative prize.
Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Promotion Company and the Promotion Company does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of entries due to network or internet connection failure or for any associated costs to Entrants.
Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email accounts, identities and registrations, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. Each winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
The Promotion Company may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Promotion Company representatives.
The Promotion Company is not responsible for any technical problems or human error that may result in a Submission not being received or being lost or damaged or for any destruction or alteration of, or unauthorized access to, Contest registrations and entries.
The Promotion Company reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits a Submission that is not in accordance with these Contest Rules.
Save where the Promotional Company has been negligent and to the extent permitted by law, the Promotion Company shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of the Contest, as a direct or indirect result of participating in this Contest and/or accepting a prize.
The full costs of participation in the Contest are entirely at the expense of the Entrant excluding any costs the Promotion Company has agreed to be liable for in relation to the Prizes. In no case can the Entrant recover the cost of their participation from the Promotion Company.
Winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes relating to their prize.
The Promotion Company’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into except with the winners to notify them that they have won and to provide the Prizes.
The Prizes quoted are subject to availability and, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or circumstances outside of the Promotion Company's reasonable control, the Promotion Company reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute any part of this Contest and/or Prize for an alternative arrangement of equal or greater value.
The prizes are not transferable, and no cash or other alternative arrangements will be offered.
Failure by the Promotion Company to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promotion Company shall make the name of the prize winners available upon request for 60 days after the Promotional Period has closed.
If any term of these Contest Rules shall be found to be void or contrary to law, such term shall be deemed to be severable from the other terms and provisions herein, and the remainder of the rules shall remain in effect.
In the event of any inconsistency between the French language version of these Contest Rules and any other translation of the same, the French language version will prevail, govern and control in all respects.

These rules shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Promotion period
The Competition runs from:
- 13/05/2025 to 19/05/2025 during the opening hours of The North Face participating stores for in store purchase (the "Promotion Period").
- 13/05/2025 at 10.00 CET to 19/05/2025 at 17.00 CET for online purchase (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility
Entry into this Promotion is open only to United Kingdom residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, members of The North Face’s XPLR Pass loyalty programme, and who purchase during the promotional period:
- at least £150,00 on The North Face website in a single transaction https://www.thenorthface.co.uk/en-gb
- at least £150,00 in a single transaction at participating TNF stores,
hereinafter referred to as "Participant/s"
A list of participating stores can be found in Annex A of these terms and conditions.
How to enter the free gift promotion
During the Promotional Period, each Participant who in a single transaction purchase:
- at least £150,00 on The North Face website in a single transaction https://www.thenorthface.co.uk/en-gb
- at least £150,00 in a single transaction at participating TNF stores,
shall be entitled to one (1) Free Gift.
If the Participant qualifies for a Free Gift having completed their transaction: (i) in a TNF Store, the Free Gift will be given to the customer by the cashier who processed the transaction; or (ii) online from
https://www.thenorthface.co.uk/en-gb , the Free Gift will be sent to the customer, free of charge, with the products purchased in the transaction.
In order to receive the Free Gift:
- Participants who make a purchase in one of the participating TNF stores must communicate their "membership status" at the time of payment, either by providing their email or by showing their digital membership card.
- Participants who make a purchase through TNF's online e-commerce platform must log in to their XPLR Pass profile before making a purchase.
The offer in the Promotion is limited to one (1) Free Gift per transaction.
Employees, officers, directors of the Promotion Company and its parent company, may not enter in this free gift promotion.
In the event a Participant returns product(s) such that their original purchase no longer qualifies for the Free Gift, and the Free Gift is not returned to the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of the Free Gift from the refund owed to the customer.
Free gift
For online purchases and in-store purchases, the Free Gift is a TNF TOTE BAG worth £21,00 (the "Free Gift").
The free gift cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
The Free Gift is not transferable to any other person, and no cash or other alternative arrangements will be offered.
Personal Data:
The processing of any personal data of Entrants, as necessary to enable the participation to the Promotion, will be carried out by the Promotion Company, in its capacity as Data Controller. Furthermore, upon prior express consent from the relevant Entrant, personal data may be processed also for profile-based marketing purposes by Promotion Company’s affiliate entity VF International Sagl, with registered offices in 5, Via Laveggio, 6855, Stabio, Switzerland, in its capacity as Data Controller.
Consent to the processing for profile-based marketing activities is optional, and a denial will not negatively affect participation to the Promotion.
Personal data will be processed in compliance with the current laws and regulations applicable to the processing of personal data, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation N. 679/2016 (GDPR) and retained for the time necessary to fulfil the data processing purposes herein described, except when longer or shorter retention periods are provided for by law.

General:

Acceptance of these Rules is a condition of entry into the Promotion and entry indicates full acceptance of these Rules.

Entry into the Contest is free and no purchase is necessary.
About the Contest:
The concept of the Contest is for Entrants to send a photograph that shows their most epic camping spot. (hereinafter “Submission”).
Promotional Periods
The Contest runs from 07/05/2025 at 10:00 (CEST) to 06/06/2025 at 16:00 (CEST) ("Promotional Period").
Eligibility
Entry into this Contest is open only to legal residents of the UK, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, registered in the "XPLR Pass" loyalty programme (hereinafter “Participant/s”).
Entrants can register for the loyalty programme free of charge at https://www.thenorthface.co.uk/
How to enter the Contest:
From 07/05/2025 to 06/06/2025, to participate in the contest, Entrants must log into https://www.thenorthface.co.uk/ with their XPLR Pass loyalty credentials, access the page dedicated to the contest in their XPLR Pass account and upload their Submission related to the "Contest theme".
In case of technical problem can enter the Prize Draw by sending the photo via email to the following email address: xplr_pass@vfc.com
Each Submission must comply with the requirements set out in the section named “Submission requirements” below and be in the form of a photo.
Each compliant Submission approved by the Promotion Company will be considered an entry into the Contest (“Entry”).
All Entrants will be able to take part in the Contest by sending one (1) Submission during the Promotional Period.
All Entrants must have internet access to enter the Contest.
Entrants are not permitted to enter the same Submission more than once during the Contest.
Duplicate Submissions will be subject to disqualification, as determined by the Promotion Company in its sole and absolute discretion.
Restrictions:
Entrants may upload one (1) Submission (photo) during the Promotional Period.
No Entrant may win more than one (1) prize.
Entrants not resident in the UK will not be allowed to enter this Contest.
Employees of the Promotion Company, employees of all controlled, affiliated or controlling companies of the Promotion Company, and other people involved in the organisation and management of the Contest may not enter the Contest, but may enrol in the XPRL Pass loyalty programme.
Submission requirements
A Submission must meet the following requirements to allow entry into the Contest:
- The Submission must be in a format compatible with the Promotion Company’s website;
- The Submission must shows their most epic camping spot;
- The Submission must not show, promote or encourage any dangerous act and the Entrant must not have put themselves or anybody else at risk of injury (actual or potential) when creating their Submission; and
- The Submission must be in relation to the Contest theme.
Moderating:
Every uploaded Submission will be moderated. The Promotion Company reserves its right to reject or disqualify any Submission, in its sole discretion, it determines not to be in compliance with these Contest Rules or is potentially damaging to either the Promotion Company, the Contest's, or any other third party's image or reputation. The Promotion Company reserves its right to refuse entry to Submissions in each case which:
- are defamatory, obscene, offensive, vulgar, slanderous, racist, dangerous, discriminatory and/or are or out of keeping with the spirit of Contest in the Promotion Company's sole opinion;
- are designed to promote or publicise any brand, product, service or business activity other than that of the Promotional Company and/or which is unrelated to the Contest;
- contain content which has been copied from other sources;
- contain content which the Promotion Company reasonably believes to be factually inaccurate;
- contain content which the Promotion Company reasonably believes could promote or encourage dangerous.;
- contain content not related to the Contest theme;
- contain content which breaches the laws of England and Wales;
- contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or other computer programs designed to damage, cause harmful interference, surreptitiously intercept or steal any system data.
Only if the Submission is judged suitable by the Promotion Company's moderators, shall it be deemed to be an Entry into the Contest.
Entrant liability with regard to their Submission:
By entering the Contest, Entrants accept these Contest Rules in their entirety and declare that:
- they are the owner of all copyright and intellectual property rights in the Submission and that the Submission has not been copied or reproduced from any source or third parties;
- they are the subject shown in the Submission and the Submission is the result of their own experience, special moment or adventure enjoyed by the Entrant outdoors;
- the Submission is original and has not been published previously or entered into other competitions or contests;
- the Submission does not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations of England and Wales or of any jurisdiction where Submission is created;
- no persons below the age of 18 appears in the Submission;
- the Submission is not a reproduction and does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, moral rights, copyrights, third party personal data protection rights, publication rights and in general terms that the Submission respects the provisions of law in regard to copyrights and any other regulations or laws in force;
- they hereby grant to the Promotion Company a non-exclusive, royalty free, revocable, licence to use, adapt, publish, modify, distribute, reproduce and display the Submission in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including, but not limited to, on any and all Internet media, including in the Promotion Company’s website or related websites and other social networking platforms (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok Pinterest etc.), for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional, advertising or marketing purposes (except where prohibited by law), until such time as the Entrant chooses to revoke such rights;
- they are wholly liable for the Submission uploaded and will consequently indemnify the Promotion Company against any liability it incurs as a result of the Submission failing to comply with the conditions set out in these Contest Rules;
- the Submission complies with the requirements set out in these Contest Rules and the section named “Submission requirements”;
- the following does not appear: other products from competing brands or phrases or objects which are irrelevant to the Contest;
- the Submission does not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, dangerous, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, libellous, promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual, including to themselves, or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
- they agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Promotion Company should they win one of the Contest prizes.
Each Entrant accepts that breach of any of the conditions of these Contest Rules shall entitle the Promotion Company to immediately remove the Entrant and/or his/her Submission from the Contest without prejudice to any other rights and/or remedies of the Promotion Company.
Prizes
There will be two (2) prizes awarded as part of the Contest as detailed in the section named “The method for awarding prizes” below.
TNF Camping Bag with TNF camping articles inside (hereinafter “The Prize”).
The approximate value of each Prize is £ 254,00
The method for awarding prizes
On or about 30/06/2025 a diverse and independent panel of judges, selected by the Promotion Company, (“Judging Panel”) will evaluate all valid Submissions correctly submitted in accordance with these Contest Rules.
Submissions will be judged based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”): relevance to the topic, affinity to The North Face values and originality.
Submissions will be judged based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”): relevance to the topic, originality, creativity and aesthetics.
The first two (2) Submissions with the highest score based on the Judging Criteria will be deemed to be the winner of the Contest.
The Judging Panel will also determine ten (10) runners-up in order of preference according to the Judging Criteria. A runner-up shall only be used if the winner fails to claim his prize in accordance with these Contest Rules, has already won a prize or is disqualified from the Contest for any reason.
The decision of the Judging Panel is final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Contest.
In the event of not enough Entrants to award all prizes, the Promotion Company reserves its right not to award such prizes.
Notification to the winners
Winners will be notified of their win by an email sent to the email address provided during registration within five (5) working days from the selections of winners.
Winners will have five (5) days from being notified to reply to the notification of win accepting the prize and providing all the information requested by the Promotion Company.
If any potential winner within five (5) days of first notification attempt cannot be contacted, fails to provide the information requested, if any Prize or notification of win is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner rejects his Prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Contest Rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a runner-up.
The first runner-up with the highest score will be contacted in the same manner as described above and, if necessary, the process repeated until the Prize is finally awarded to a runner-up. In the event that having followed the awarding process described above, a Prize cannot be given to a winner or runner-up, the Promotion Company reserves its right not to award said Prize.

General:
The Promotion Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest or these Contest Rules should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, the Promotion Company may select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Promotion Company.
To the extent permitted by law, upon suspension or cancellation the Promotion Company cannot be held liable for any expenses incurred or damages suffered, whether direct, indirect, consequential or inconsequential, and the Promotion Company shall not be obliged to organize any alternative Contest or offer any alternative prize.
Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Promotion Company and the Promotion Company does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of Entries due to network or internet connection failure or for any associated costs to Entrants.
Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email accounts, identities and registrations, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. Each winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
The Promotion Company may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Promotion Company representatives.
The Promotion Company is not responsible for any technical problems or human error that may result in a Submission not being received or being lost or damaged or for any destruction or alteration of, or unauthorized access to, Contest registrations and entries.
The Promotion Company reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits a Submission that is not in accordance with these Contest Rules.
Save where the Promotional Company has been negligent and to the extent permitted by law, the Promotion Company shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of the Contest, as a direct or indirect result of participating in this Contest and/or accepting a prize.
The full costs of participation in the Contest are entirely at the expense of the Entrant excluding any costs the Promotion Company has agreed to be liable for in relation to the Prizes. In no case can the Entrant recover the cost of his or her participation from the Promotion Company.
Winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes relating to their Prize.
The Promotion Company’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into except with the winners to notify them that they have won and to provide the Prizes.
The Prizes quoted are subject to availability and, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or circumstances outside of the Promotion Company's reasonable control, the Promotion Company reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute any part of this Contest and/or Prize for an alternative arrangement of equal or greater value.
The prizes are not transferable, and no cash or other alternative arrangements will be offered.
Failure by the Promotion Company to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If any term of these Contest Rules shall be found to be void or contrary to law, such term shall be deemed to be severable from the other terms and provisions herein, and the remainder of these Contest Rules shall remain in effect.
These rules shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Entry into the Contest is free and no purchase is necessary.
By entering into the Contest, Entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Contest Rules.
Eligibility
Entry into this Contest is open only to legal residents of France, UK and Germany (“Participating Country/ies”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age registered in the "XPLR Pass" loyalty programme (hereinafter “Entrant(s)”).
Entrants can register for the loyalty programme free of charge at www.thenorthface.com.
Entrants who are not resident in one of the eligible countries will not be entitled to enter the Contest.
How to enter the Contest:
Step 1 - Selection of finalists:
During the entry periods, the Promotion Company will invite Entrants to enter the contest by sending out a newsletter. After receiving the newsletter, Entrants must send an email to xplr_pass@vfc.com providing the required personal data: their first name, last name, mobile phone number and the contest they want to enter “ADVENTURE PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOPS”.
Entrants must use the same email address of their XPLR Pass account.
Having completed the entry process, Entrants will receive one entry into the selection of finalists.
Please note that proof of transmission of an entry form does not constitute receipt of the same or proof of entry.
Participants may enter the selection of finalist only once (1) during the Promotional Period.
All Entrants must have internet access to enter the Contest.
At the end of each entry period, the Promotion Company will select five (5) finalists for each Workshop, ten (10) for each participating country – based on a first come first served rule -, who will have the opportunity to attend one of the workshop organised by the Promotion Company in their country:

Additionally, five (5) Entrants will be selected as “runners-up” for each Workshop. A runner-up will only be considered if a finalist fails to claim their prize in accordance with these Contest Rules or is disqualified from the Contest for any reason.
Information to the finalists
Finalists will be notified of their selection by an email sent to the email address provided during registration within two (2) working days from the selections of finalists.
Finalists will have three (3) days from the time they are notified to respond and accept the opportunity to attend the Workshop with their companion.
If any potential finalist within three (3) days of first notification attempt cannot be contacted, fails to provide the information requested, notification of selection is returned as undeliverable, if the potential finalist rejects his participation to the Workshop, or in the event of noncompliance with these Contest Rules and requirements, such workshop will be forfeited and may be awarded to a runner-up.
The first runner-up will be contacted in the same manner as described above and, if necessary, the process repeated until the Workshop is finally awarded to a runner-up. In the event that having followed the awarding process described above, a workshop cannot be given to a finalist or runner-up, the Promotion Company reserves its right not to award said Workshop.
Step 2 – winner’s selection
The selected finalists will be able to attend one of the workshops organised by the Promotion Company dedicated to “Outdoor Photography.” At the end of the workshop, all finalists must submit via email their best photograph taken during the workshop (hereinafter referred to as the “Submission/s”).
The total file size of the Photo must not exceed 5 MB.
Each valid Submission will be included in the selection of winners for the relevant country of residence of the Entrant and will be judged by a panel of judges (including one independent judge) selected by the Promotion Company ("Judging Panel"). The selections of winners will take place on or about:
- 27/05/2025 for the UK
- 11/06/2025 for Germany
- 24/06/2025 for France
There will be a winner for each Workshop for a total of six (6) winners, two (2) for each Participating Country.
Submissions will be judged based on the following equally weighted judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
- Relevance to “Outdoor Photography”
- Originality and creativity
The Judging Panel will also determine five (5) runners-up for each country in order of preference according to the Judging Criteria. A runner-up shall only be used if the winner fails to claim the prize in accordance with these Contest Rules or is disqualified from the Contest for any reason.
The selection of the winners and runners-up is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event that there will be not enough Entrants to give away all prizes available for a specific Workshop, the Promotion Company will select the winners of such not awarded prizes from all valid Entrants registered during the Promotional Period in the other Workshops.
In the event of not enough Entrants to award the prizes, the Promotion Company reserves its right not to award all six (6) Prizes or to award fewer than six (6) prizes at its absolute discretion.
Restrictions:
Entrants may enter the Contest with only one (1) Submission.
No Entrant may win more than one (1) prize.
Employees of the Promotion Company, employees of all controlled, affiliated or controlling companies of the Promotion Company, and other people involved in the organisation and management of the Contest may not enter the Contest.
Moderating:
Every Submission received will be moderated. The Promotion Company reserves its right to reject or disqualify any Submission, in its sole discretion, it determines not to be in compliance with these Contest Rules or is potentially damaging to either the Promotion Company, the Contest’s, or any other third party’s image or reputation. Only if the Submission is judged suitable by the Promotion Company's moderators, shall it be deemed to be an Entry into the Contest.
Prizes
There will be six (6) prizes awarded as part of the Contest.
The prize consists of a participation for the winner and their companion in one of the BaseCamps organised by TNF from 26/07/2025 to 27/07/2025, with the destination to be chosen by the winner from one of the following options:
- Cortina
- Chamonix
- Garmisch
(hereinafter “The Prize”).
The approximate value of each Prize is € 2.500
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for the purpose of these Contest Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will not be entitled to a cheque, cash or other form of payment for the price difference.
Winners must be available to travel between 25/07/2025, and 27/07/2025; otherwise, the prize cannot be validated and will be awarded to the first available runner-up.
The prize includes:
• Round-trip transportation by public means (train or airplane) in economy class for two people (the winner and their companion) to the chosen destination;
• A 3 day / 2 nights stay for two people at an accommodation selected by the Promotion Company;
• Activities included in the program.
The prize does not include:
• Personal or additional expenses;
• Any services not expressly mentioned above.
The Prize does not include travel between the selected winner’s home and the airport/train station, personal expenditure, meals or any additional costs, other than those explicitly mentioned in these Contest.
The Promotion Company is not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights and trip. The Promotion Company is not responsible if the BaseCamp is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to events outside of its reasonable control, in which case the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except at the Promotion Company’s sole discretion. In such an event, the Promotion Company shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to substitute a different prize activity.
In the event that on the date of the departure, the winner and his/her companion fail to attend, the Prize shall be considered as having been entirely awarded and no further Prize shall be due.
The winners and their companions must travel together on the same itinerary as set by the Promotion Company in its sole discretion.
If the winner chooses not to accept the Prize, for whatsoever reason, the winner shall not be entitled to any substitute prize and is not entitled to claim any refund and/or compensation against the Promotion Company.
The winners and their companions shall be responsible for checking that they possess all the documents required for the selected destination.
If the winner travels alone (without a companion), the winner shall only be entitled to their proportion of the prize and no compensation, refund or substitute prize shall be granted to the winner due to the fact that they are travelling alone.
The winner is not entitled to transfer and/or assign the Prize to any other person, and no cash or other alternative arrangements will be offered.
Notification to the winners
Winners will be notified of their win by an email sent to the email address provided during registration within two (2) working days from the selections of winners.
Winner will have three (3) days from being notified to reply to the notification of win accepting the prize and providing all the information requested by the Promotion Company.
If any potential winner within three (3) days of first notification attempt cannot be contacted, fails to provide the information requested, if any Prize or notification of win is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner rejects his Prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Contest Rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a runner-up.
The first runner-up with the highest score will be contacted in the same manner as described above and, if necessary, the process repeated until the Prize is finally awarded to a runner-up. In the event that having followed the awarding process described above, a Prize cannot be given to a winner or runner-up, the Promotion Company reserves its right not to award said Prize.
Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
The Promotional Company shall not be liable to any winner with whom contact and/or delivery cannot be made due to: (i) incorrect or incomplete details having been provided at registration; or (ii) the winner's mailbox being full, blacklisted or no longer active; or (iii) the notification email being deemed to be spam and thus not reaching the winner's email account or being directed into the junk folder of the winner's email account.

These Rules will be governed by French law and will come under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
