EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from The North Face Online Shop and dispatched during the period from December 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2017 may be returned up until January 31st, 2018.
However, please note that our return policy will revert to our standard 30-day period for items purchased after December 31st, 2017.

Customer Service EUROPE - Business hours

Temporary extended opening hours  - 20th November to 28th January.
From the 20th November 2017 to the 28th January 2018 through the holiday period our Customer Service team are going to be available to help later in the evening and at the weekends. The opening hours for this period are 08:00 - 20:00 (GMT) Monday to Friday and then 08:00 - 17:00 (GMT) at the weekend.
Please note that our offices will be closed on December 25th and 26th and on January 1st.
