“Take Back Promotion”

“Take Back” is a promotion sponsored by The North Face to encourage customers to collect their used or unwanted The North Face apparel, footwear and equipment and take them to The North Face Retail and Outlet stores* (please see full list at the bottom of this page).

With every piece of apparel, footwear and equipment collected, The North Face will help to conserve the great outdoors. By recycling, we can reduce the amount of clothing going into landfills and help to ease the high demand to use raw materials to make new products.

By taking part in the Take Back initiative with giving back used or unwanted The North Face apparel, footwear and equipment, customers will earn discount vouchers on their next purchase at The North Face Retail and Outlet stores for every piece dropped off at the participating stores.

Eligibility

Entry into this Promotion is open only to the UK residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

How to enter the promotion

All customers that return any used or unwanted The North Face apparel, footwear or equipment by placing them in the designated baskets inside a participating The North Face Store shall be entitled to receive Discount Vouchers. Used or unwanted items must be empty and clean.

The Discount Voucher

The North Face Discount Voucher is for:

XPLR Pass Members: two (2) 10% discount Vouchers.  

Non XPRL Pass Members: One (1) 10% discount Voucher.  

The discount vouchers are not cumulative, cannot be combined with other promotional initiatives, and are not valid for purchases of items from the Summit Series line. The voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. The voucher is not transferable to any other person, and no cash or other alternative arrangements will be offered.

General

The North Face reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Promotion or these T&Cs. Upon suspension or cancellation of the Promotion the Promotion Company cannot be held liable for any expenses incurred or damages suffered, whether direct, indirect, consequential or inconsequential, and The North Face shall not be obliged to organize any alternative Promotion or offer any alternative gift. Save where The North Face has been negligent or in relation to The North Face's fraud and to the extent permitted by law, The North Face shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of the Promotion, as a direct or indirect result of participating in this Promotion and/or accepting the Gift. Failure by the Promotion Company to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. If any term of these T&Cs shall be found to be void or contrary to law, such term shall be deemed to be severable from the other terms and provisions herein, and the remainder of the rules shall remain in effect. These rules shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
